Bookings during the ski season run Saturday to Saturday. The Total cost shown on the prices page includes; tourist tax, use of Wifi, and services of our in resort representative who will meet you on arrival and check the apartment prior to your departure.
You can hire bedding and towels from our representative prior to your arrival, and you can book cleaning before you arrive. Please make this request two weeks before your arrival, we will send a form for you to complete.
The apartment is available from 4pm on your day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the departure day and our representative will meet you to collect keys and check the apartment.
Please contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org to make a booking. If your requested week is available, we will hold your request for four days.
A non refundable deposit of 400 euros will secure your booking. The final payment is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A security deposit of 250 euros is also required. This will be returned to you upon confirmation that the keys have been collected and the apartment was left in good order.
Due to Covid we have special terms. If due to the pandemic Valmeinier resort is closed on the first day of the season, 19th December, then we will return your holiday booking fee in total. If it is open on that day but subsequently closes due to the pandemic, then we will return your fee minus the 400 euro deposit.
